The most affordable methods for mass producing a component are fixtures. So, one of the most crucial facilities in a mass production system is the usage of fixtures. These unique work-holding tools exist. The caliber of the fixtures employed for a process has an important effect on how well it runs. A fixture is special because each one is made to fit a specific area or shape. A fixture’s main purpose is to retain or position a work aspect during an operation. The major failure in hydraulic systems is water contamination of hydraulic oil which causes oxidation of various parts used in hydraulic system. The major failure in hydraulic systems is water contamination of hydraulic oil, so a water contamination sensor is used in the power pack to measure parts per million (PPM) and determine if it exceeds the set range. Then feedback of the same is given to the machine controller, which starts the heater immediately, which is mounted on a hydraulic power pack that maintains the contamination level of water in the oil. Hydraulic techniques have begun being used in industry since they are quick, precise, and somewhat flexible. The manual fixture setup required by the old design will be replaced by a hydraulic fixture, saving time when loading and unloading components. The work piece is held using hydraulic vertical swing clamps that are powered by a hydraulic power pack in the evaluated fixture. The creative fixture thus achieves the simultaneous and automatic clamping of parts. Due to maintain of the contamination level of water in the oil, causes no failure of hydraulic system and no corrosion of parts. This is an original paper in which water contamination sensor is used along with microcontroller. Machine learning technique is used to start heater to maintain water contamination in oil.
