Digitalization of university education in countries of Central Asia influences the satisfaction of the region’s citizens’ needs for knowledge and skills that are required in the quickly globalizing world. A high level of knowledge and practical skills, their accessibility, the openness of digital universities and teachers, flexibility of the educational process, and, in some cases, partnership with foreign universities are factors that substantiate students’ choosing the considered countries of Central Asia (Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan) due to their universities, instead of searching for higher education establishments abroad. The study of the system of life values of digital universities in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan showed their striving toward the increase in their rankings due to the high level of training and satisfaction of citizens’ needs for quality higher education in the context of modern and relevant professions. This paper aimed to determine the list and characteristics of the life values of universities in the selected countries of Central Asia, which strive towards digital inclusion in the globalizing world. The novelty of this paper consists in the systematization and complex characteristics of the life values of digital universities in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, which strive towards digital inclusion in the globalizing world.
