Reversal ALPPS
摘要
In 2007, Professor Hans J. Schlitt et al. established the associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy (ALPPS). Following its formal report and naming in 2012 [1–3], ALPPS has garnered widespread attention and has been rapidly adopted [4–14]. ALPPS has been demonstrated to induce rapid and extensive future liver remnant (FLR) hypertrophy and achieve a high tumor resection rate, providing curative surgery opportunities for many liver tumor patients who were previously inoperable. In recent years, with the publication of numerous clinical controlled studies, including prospective randomized controlled trials (RCTs), and the accumulation of long-term follow-up data, ALPPS has been proven to benefit patients. Compared to traditional treatment methods, it significantly improves patients’ medium and long-term survival rates [15–19].
