Robotic ALPPS
摘要
In 2013, Solomonov et al. [1] accomplished the world’s first robotic associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy (ALPPS) procedure for the management of hepatocellular carcinoma and subsequently presented this pioneering accomplishment at the Clinical Robotic Surgery Association (CRSA) Worldwide Congress. In 2014, Vicente et al. [2] reported the treatment of liver metastasis of colon cancer with a robotic ALPPS procedure at the CRSA Worldwide Congress. The first Chinese robotic ALPPS procedure was successfully completed at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, in October 2014, which was reported at the 2015 CRSA Worldwide Congress. In 2021 and 2022, Benedetto et al. [3, 4] reported the treatment of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and hilar cholangiocarcinoma with robotic ALPPS procedure, respectively.
