With the development of computer networks, myopia problems among primary and secondary school students have become more and more serious. The reason is that there is insufficient light supplementation. At the same time, when people enter a new environment, changes in light intensity can cause eye discomfort. Therefore, in response to such problems, this paper uses the Internet of Things technology to connect lights to computers and designs a uniform light field system to solve such problems. External sensors transmit light data to various sensors in the room through nrf24l01. At the same time, the indoor sensors transmit light data to the MCU where each LED is located, forming a three-level network through two-way communication. After each MCU receives the target light intensity, the PID algorithm and stepless dimming are used to make the light transition smoothly, and finally form a uniform light field.
