Evaluation of Technological Innovation Capability of Electric Power Enterprises Based on Clustering Algorithm

In response to the key scientific and technological businesses of State Grid Corporation of China, such as the promotion of new technologies, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and resource sharing, this paper explores the mechanism of scientific and technological innovation work, proposes the overall framework design and detailed functional design of the State Grid Corporation of China's scientific and technological resource sharing platform, and forms a new technology promotion functional module with “one outline and two directories” as the core, an achievement transformation functional module combining free transformation and company evaluation, and a resource sharing module including four display units. The results show that the State Grid Corporation of China's technology resource sharing platform has been applied in practical scientific research and innovation work, which can effectively meet various business needs and have a significant promoting effect on future scientific and technological work.
