The response time and effectiveness of the hybrid education question answering system are not ideal when answering questions. In order to improve its performance, this article redesigned the system based on artificial intelligence technology. This study adopted a comprehensive methodology, combining literature review and empirical research to study the hybrid education question answering system. The current research status and existing problems in this field were understood, and a hybrid education question answering system based on artificial intelligence technology was designed and implemented and evaluated. Research has found that the response time of the experimental group in this article is between 0.5 and 1.5 s during the answering process, with an accuracy rate between 93 and 98%. The system has a significant effect in providing personalized learning support and promoting teaching innovation.
