Visual Rehabilitation for Amblyopia: Integrating Design Innovation into Treatment Paradigms
摘要
This paper explores the integration of design innovation into the treatment paradigms for amblyopia, commonly known as “lazy eye.” It affects approximately 5% of the global population and involves impaired vision due to dysfunction between the eye and brain. Current treatments often face issues with patient compliance and comfort. By leveraging design principles, we propose innovative, engaging, and effective therapeutic interventions. This study examines how inclusive visual design can enhance therapeutic outcomes and daily visual experiences for individuals with amblyopia.
