This paper aims to provide optimal route by analyzing real-time weather data for safe and efficient driving and dynamically. The data includes wind, temperature, and other climatic conditions so that extreme situations are predicted; accordingly, drivers can seek alternate route and proceed further. Conventional system uses distance, time are the performance metrics for the climate conditions, emerging technologies focus dynamically on choosing optimal route and adjust whenever it is required alternate. The parameters such as comfortable, safety, efficiency, user experience, risk, and delays. It follows route planning algorithms for forecasting better road assistant to drivers. By combining emerging algorithms for route planning to analyze weather data in heterogeneous climates, this project suggests intelligent system to the drivers for their safe and effective skills. This enables the drivers make use of all information visually with respect to traffic, routes for deriving best decisions.
