Load Cell-Based Motor Control System in Electric Vehicle
摘要
The integration of load cell technology into the control system of electric cars, along with the motor, enhances human safety and vehicle economy. This innovative solution dynamically modifies motor properties by monitoring the applied load in real time. The load cell converts the measured load into an electrical signal, which is detected by a load sensor and transmitted as an input to the microcontroller. The motor is controlled appropriately by the microcontroller through the motor driver circuit. This system solves an important concern of safety as access is hindered, especially from children, so the correct and secure use of the vehicle is achieved. For that reason, the system has an optimized performance with better efficiency and reliability. The Proteus 8 Professional was used to design and simulate the system. This advancement not only improves the safety features of electric vehicles but also contributes to their economic and sustainable usage, marking a significant step forward in EV technology.
