Geometric morphometrics refers to using geometric methods to analyze and describe the shape and size of termites, which can be used to effectively evaluate pest-regulating services. An application system is developed to fulfill the morphometrics in this paper, which uses Qt to design the user interfaces (UI). Hiding behind the UI is a landmark detection network (i.e., HRNet) for metrics computation. Visual and quantitative experiments have been conducted, which show the user-friendliness and high performance of the proposed system.
