摘要

The paper outlines the technological optimization strategy and continuous improvement methods for managing logistics in power supply and utilization. First, it examines the status of power supply and utilization, and elucidates the essential components of risk management in logistics management pertaining to power supply and distribution. Subsequently, it introduces enhancement concepts that are specifically focused on meeting customer demand and services, and emphasizes the importance of process optimization, technological innovation, talent development, and team building. Moreover, specific goals are established to enhance logistics efficiency while simultaneously reducing operational costs and improving customer satisfaction. To ensure the effective implementation of improving logistics management in power supply and utilization, the paper suggests establishing mechanisms for execution, monitoring, and evaluation in the system. Finally, the findings indicate that intelligence, sustainability, collaboration, and adaptability will serve as pivotal directions for advancing power supply and utilization logistics management systems in the new era of digitalization.
