Against the backdrop of the digital era, the relationship between digital transformation and analyst forecast quality is examined to reveal the importance of digital transformation. It is found that digitization by listed companies is conducive to improving analyst forecast quality; and the lower the degree of supply chain concentration, the greater role digital transformation plays in improving analyst forecasts. Further tests find that the digital transformation of listed companies significantly improves the comparability of corporate information and the transparency of corporate information.
