This paper focuses on image usage, reverse image search, and plagiarism detection. This all comes together to be a reverse image engine with plagiarism detection. It addresses the matter of ineffective image management and the challenges associated with detecting image plagiarism or unauthorized usage of images in educational materials. Through computer vision, machine learning, and ethical considerations, this paper suggests developing a comprehensive reverse image search engine with plagiarism detection tool. The methodologies used to include literature review, algorithm development, and user feedback analysis. The significance of this project lies in its potential to enhance educational content integrity, promote responsible image usage, and foster a culture of academic integrity. This paper aligns with the Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4) which is quality education by providing both educators and learners with reliable tools to verify an image authenticity and integrity while combating image plagiarism in educational materials.
