A Collaborative Optimization Method for Intermittent Pumping Well to Improve the Utilization Rate of Solar Power
摘要
In the process of oilfield development, there are a large number of low-production and low-efficiency wells, which restrict the efficient production of the oilfield. In order to improve production efficiency, some wells have adopted the intermittent pumping mode of solar power and state grid hybrid power supply. In order to improve the utilization rate of solar power and coordinate optimization with the production parameters of intermittent pumping, this paper proposes an inter-pumping production optimization model based on the production law of inter-pumping and solar power generation. Firstly, the law of dynamic liquid level, pump efficiency and power consumption during the opening and stopping period of inter-pumping well is analyzed. Then, the law of solar power generation is analyzed, the power supply period is divided, and the electricity charge and oil production are calculated, and the optimization model of inter-pumping well production for hybrid power supply is established with the goal of economic benefit. The method is applied to inter-pumping well S in L oilfield to calculate the optimal economic benefit, and optimize the opening schedule and stopping schedule, solar power utilization rate and other parameters. Through optimization and adjustment, the power cost was reduced by 44.8%, and the solar power utilization rate was 80%. The method realizes the optimization of production parameters under complex production mode, improves the utilization efficiency of solar power, and provides a theoretical basis for improving production efficiency and saving cost. It can provide an effective reference for the collaborative optimization of the inter-pumping wells of solar power generation and grid hybrid power supply.
