Cardiovascular disease is a major global concern. Large number of deaths have been recorded due to Heart related issues especially after the post COVID delta symptom. Machine learning has been very important tool in disease diagnosis at an early stage based upon the past historical data. Hence there is a need of proper recommendation system suggesting some preventive healthcare recommendations to the patients suffering from cardiovascular disease. The paper presents a brief study of various recommendations methodologies and proposed content based methodology suggesting preventive measures in the form of recommendations to patients suffering from severe cardiac symptoms thereby providing a effective way for healthcare professionals to minimize the workload and transforming the traditional approach to more smarter approach of cardiovascular disease prevention.
