Big Data Embedding in PHM for Electromechanical System
摘要
As industries worldwide gradually move towards intelligent and digital transformations, the application scope of intelligent electromechanical systems is expanding, encompassing areas from industrial manufacturing to medical devices, from transportation to energy management, and even to home automation. The complexity and critical nature of these systems make ensuring their long-term stable operation a pressing issue that needs to be addressed. In this context, PHM technology has emerged and rapidly developed into one of the core technologies for ensuring the healthy operation of intelligent electromechanical systems (Huang et al. in J Manuf Syst 75:78–101, 2024). PHM monitors and analyzes operational data from equipment to predict potential failures in advance and formulate reasonable maintenance plans, thereby effectively reducing unexpected downtime and maintenance costs, and extending the lifespan of equipment (Kumar et al. in Eng Appl Artif Intell 126, 2023).
