This paper describes a creative personalized learning system (PLS) that uses facial emotion recognition (FER) to dynamically change educational content depending on real-time student emotions. The PLS is designed to improve customized learning experiences by analyzing facial expressions and adjusting lessons appropriately. The study examines technological elements, privacy concerns, and the influence on academic achievement and user happiness. The suggested PLS aims to provide a more adaptable and effective learning environment by addressing students’ emotional needs.
