In recent years, with the intensification of market competition and the implementation of national carbon emission policies in the steel industry, the efficient, low cost, low emission steel production processes and their supporting technologies have attracted much attention in the steel industry. Hot charge of continuous casting slab, the high temperature slab produced by the continuous caster is directly charged to the heating furnace for heating and rolling through roller table and other means without offline cooling, thereby improving the efficiency of the steel production process and realizing the full utilization of the heat of the high temperature slab, is an important process for efficient and green steel production.
