Factors Influencing the Adoption and Usage Probability of Smart Parcel Lockers in Vietnam's Last-Mile Delivery Logistics
摘要
This study investigates the factors influencing the adoption and usage probability of Smart Parcel Lockers (SPL) in Vietnam's last-mile delivery logistics. With the rapid growth of e-commerce, efficient delivery solutions are essential. Smart parcel lockers, offering secure and convenient parcel pickup options, address these needs. The research integrates the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) and the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework to analyze these factors. Data from 700 respondents were analyzed using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results indicate that facilitating conditions, social influence, and effort expectancy significantly impact adoption and usage. The findings offer actionable insights for logistics companies and policymakers to enhance the adoption of smart parcel lockers, thereby improving delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction in Vietnam.
