In the paper applying “Machine Learning” to teacher recruitment and student learning experiences, the focus is on the creation of a new platform that relies on algorithms and interviews to find the best instructor for every student with great efficiency. The developed system not only helps find qualified teachers for different subjects but also uses “Machine Learning” to assess how the instructors teach and the students’ satisfaction with the lessons. It combines interview-based learning on the opportunity to provide individualized education by allowing students to engage in interactive lessons solo or in groups. The system incorporates features of online classrooms, dependable schedules, proper instructor’s qualification verification, and direct payment, thus responding to all contemporary needs in education.
