The Innovative Educational Model for Developing Creative Writing Skills
摘要
The pedagogical model based on developing creative writing skills will promote a systemic analysis of the educational intervention carried out at the level of educational objectives, curricular contents, didactic strategies, and competence-based assessment. The educational objectives fulfil the function of orientation and planning of the instructive-educational activity. In linguistic subjects, the objectives are oriented towards forming communication competencies. The basic skills regarding receiving oral and written messages and the basic skills related to oral and written expression are developed. Curricular content is used to design educational activities. The curriculum contents are analysed from the perspective of the component elements: the knowledge that must be transmitted to the students, the basic skills, the values and attitudes involved in the development of creative writing skills, and the associated behaviours. Didactic strategies fulfil the function of implementing didactic methods, appropriate techniques, didactic means, and forms of organization, to accomplish educational objectives. The changes made within the Language and Communication curricular area are supported by the introduction of the most diverse teaching–learning strategies and the use of appropriate assessment tools. Competence-based evaluation ensures the function of self-regulation of the educational activity. The combination of educational objectives, curricular contents, didactic strategies, and assessment allows the creation of an innovative educational model for the development of creative writing skills in students.
