The smart procurement system with automated supplier evaluation is a necessary step to improve the procurement process in Bangladesh, through which the user can address the technical issues of the current context, such as lack of transparency, technical problems, etc. This system features a user-friendly interface that will speed up procurement activities, reduce errors through automated evaluation, and increase productivity. The goal of this project is to develop a user-friendly interface that automates the supplier selection process, facilitates bid evaluation, and incrementally ensures device connectivity and data security. An Agile methodology is being employed in this project to ensure continuous improvement, incorporating usability testing and regular stakeholder feedback. This research has integrated several key features, including automatic tender assessment, secure payment integration, comprehensive vendor management, and real-time bid management, to improve user experience and operational efficiency. It also structured the system to accommodate procurers, suppliers, and administrators to ensure an organized procurement process. This process is a significant step toward effectively improving efficiency, transparency, and client satisfaction. The proposed solution ensures safe and transparent operations, fostering trust and reliability in the procurement process. This unique solution contributes to the economic growth of a country by improving procurement methods in Bangladesh, improving transparency, and increasing overall effectiveness.
