The Enigmatic Kharoṣṭhī Rock Inscriptions at Zulam, Panjkora Valley, Lower Dir District

Since its first discovery in 1872 (Cunningham 1875), the so-called SaddoSaddo Rock InscriptionSaddo Rock Inscription has recently been rediscovered by Mr. Akbar Khan, a social worker and resident of TimergaraTimergara town, Lower DirDir district. Photographs of the inscription have been sent to the authors for opinion, but due to a certain complexity in reading the inscription, I was obliged to go there to study the inscription on site (Figs. 17.1 and 17.1a).
