Research on Anti-deformation Technology of High-rise Buildings in Coal Mining Subsidence Areas
摘要
Due to continuous coal mining, extensive coal mining subsidence areas have formed. Constructing buildings, especially high-rise buildings, on these areas poses significant safety risks. Implementing necessary anti-deformation technical measures for high-rise buildings situated above coal mining subsidence areas can effectively address this issue. Using COMSOL finite element analysis software, a 3D framework model of a 13-story building was established. Targeted structural measures for the foundation and the upper structure were set, and the stress and strain conditions of the 13-story building were calculated. By analyzing the impact of surface deformation on the building, the permissible values of tilt deformation for anti-deformation high-rise buildings were discussed. The study examined a series of anti-deformation technical measures for constructing high-rise buildings above coal mining subsidence areas, including site selection, foundation selection, and building-structure types. The results show that high-rise buildings, due to their good integrity and large stiffness, are mainly affected by tilt deformation. When constructing above coal mining subsidence areas, foundation types with good integrity should be chosen. Strengthening the structure of high-rise buildings in subsidence areas should focus on the foundation and the connection between the foundation and the upper structure.
