JPEG standard well-known techniques characterized by standardized quantization matrix, which achieved acceptable compression ratio with undergrads image quality. This paper utilized image entropy measure of color images in RGB base along the transformed color model of YCbCr to build quantization matrix depending on image details (contents) with utilization of 1DCT and efficient encoder, and the results achieved nearly two times on average in compression ratio with more than 10 dB in traditional 1DCT techniques, and higher performances compared to JPEG techniques.

摘要
