With the increasing clinical trials of near-infrared fluorescence (NIRF) imaging in hepatobiliary, thyroid, and breast surgeries, a growing number of researchers are investigating its potential applications in gynecology, although excited reports are still limited. This chapter summarizes the relevant advances and try to provide suggestions for further research and clinical practice in gynecologic surgery.
