Structural Design and Manufacturing Processes of Non-pneumatic Tires: A Mini-Review
摘要
Non-pneumatic tire technology not only mitigates the safety risks associated with traditional pneumatic tires but also significantly improves driving safety while eliminating the need for regular maintenance. With substantial advantages and wide-ranging application potential, this innovative technology is already being utilized in various commercial sectors. This paper systematically reviews the advancements in the structural design and manufacturing processes of non-pneumatic tires. The structural design section covers areas such as NPT structure and mechanical analysis. On the manufacturing side, it explores techniques such as compression molding, casting, injection molding, and 3D printing. By identifying critical technical challenges and emerging trends, this review provides valuable insights to guide the future development and practical adoption of non-pneumatic tire technology.
