With global climate change causing more frequent extreme weather, mountain flash floods present challenges to architecture. Designing buildings in mountainous regions becomes complex, requiring consideration of rainwater runoff and downstream impacts. This study evaluates rainstorm risks for specific building locations, aiming to expedite optimization solutions. It explores using parametric architectural design and neural networks to assess risks in mountainous building designs and seeks optimal solutions.
