CausalAI Reveals Mechanisms Driving Healthiness in Urban Transportation Spaces
摘要
Previous studies have shown that vehicular emissions are the primary source of air pollution and urban CO2 emissions in non-industrialized cities, strongly linked to respiratory and chronic diseases like asthma and COPD. We ask: Does urban road layout impact respiratory and chronic disease risks? How are socio-economic and environmental factors related to road layout? How can AI help adjust road parameters to reduce respiratory disease risks for nearby residents?
