Supervision in exercise training is critical for enhancing adherence, performance, and safety. This paper explores an integrated system combining human supervision and wearable technology, using machine learning algorithms and computer vision systems to provide real-time feedback and error detection. Wearable devices equipped with Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) achieve a classification accuracy of over 97%, and these devices, when combined with human oversight, optimize training outcomes by improving exercise form and preventing injuries. This research highlights the complementary nature of human and automated supervision in fitness training and offers insights into future applications of this technology.

摘要

Supervision in exercise training is critical for enhancing adherence, performance, and safety. This paper explores an integrated system combining human supervision and wearable technology, using machine learning algorithms and computer vision systems to provide real-time feedback and error detection. Wearable devices equipped with Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) achieve a classification accuracy of over 97%, and these devices, when combined with human oversight, optimize training outcomes by improving exercise form and preventing injuries. This research highlights the complementary nature of human and automated supervision in fitness training and offers insights into future applications of this technology.
