Device Implementation in Clinical Settings
摘要
The integration of wearable devices and actigraphy in sleep research and clinical practice is growing rapidly. These tools offer unique advantages in terms of accessibility, cost-effectiveness, and ease of use. However, the adoption of wearables comes with challenges, particularly around data privacy, standardization, and reliability. This chapter explores the practical considerations, guidelines, and challenges of using wearable devices in research and clinical settings, with a focus on how to best utilize these technologies to complement traditional sleep assessment methods.
