Against the backdrop of the dual carbon target and the construction of a new power system, distributed photovoltaics in Henan Province have maintained a relatively high growth rate, generating a significant demand for peak shaving. The doubling of the market size for peak shaving auxiliary services has led to discounted settlement of peak shaving fees, greatly affecting the enthusiasm for peak shaving in coal-fired power and new energy storage. To ensure the adequacy of peak shaving benefits and promote the economic consumption of new energy, the economic calculation of low-voltage distributed photovoltaics participating in peak shaving sharing is carried out, and suggestions are proposed to reduce peak shaving sharing through storage allocation.
