Nanosensors and Their Role in Bioremediation
摘要
Environmental pollution poses a threat of human health and ecosystem. Bioremediation is a sustainable approach which utilizes microorganism to biodegrade pollutant into less toxic substances. However, monitoring and assessing bioremediation process is challenging. Nanosensors are promising devices as they are highly specific and selective engineered to detect and quantify various substances such as heavy metals, organic compounds, and microbial toxins present in environment. Furthermore, integration with biological systems enables the tracking of bioremediation processes enabling precise resulting in paced cleanup and improved outcomes. The integration between nanotechnology and bioremediation provides a sustainable solution for environmental challenges. This abstract highlight the potential of nanosensors to revolutionize bioremediation strategies, encouraging innovative approaches to environmental restoration.
