Legal Landscapes of Blockchain and Digital Twins: A Comparative Analysis Between India and Global Perspectives
摘要
Digital twins and blockchain technologies are expected to have an impact on a variety of industries, such as banking, healthcare, and commerce. These technologies are causing new legal frameworks as a consequence of their singularities. For instance, the legal statuses in India and the global context are distinct from those in the United States, the European Union, and China. This paper discusses the current blockchain and digital twin’s legal status and the challenges associated with harmonising international legal standards through the systematic review of literature on intellectual property, data privacy, law, and technological integration. Unanimous government policies and a legislative foundation for digital twins and blockchain are essential, as are transparency, interoperability, and adaptability in governance. The future of technological development and innovation is contingent upon the implementation of a law that is transparent, interoperable, and adaptive. This will enable enterprises to develop and implement blockchain technology to meet their business requirements.
