“Belt and Road” and International Public Sphere Rules

The white paper entitled “China’s Space Program: A 2021 Perspective” mentioned the further promotion of the globalization of the application of space information services and the accelerated construction of the “Belt and Road” space information corridor, so that the achievements of China’s aerospace could benefit the world. In recent years, the world has been facing a series of challenges such as climate change, disaster management, environmental protection, shortage of food and water resources, and sustainable socio-economic development, especially the serious impact on human beings brought about by the global outbreak of the COVID epidemic, in order to jointly address these challenges, enhance practical cooperation between China and countries along the Belt and Road, and enhance the international competitiveness and international influence of China’s aerospace industry. In order to jointly deal with these challenges, enhance the practical cooperation and improve the international competitiveness and influence of China’s aerospace industry, it is necessary to speed up the construction and application of space information corridors, so that China’s aerospace technology and applications can add new momentum to the economic development of the countries along the route, and to promote the building of a community of destiny for mankind in the space field.
