The “Belt and Road” initiative is an important link between domestic rule of law and foreign-related rule of law. “Persisting in coordinating the promotion of domestic rule of law and foreign-related rule of law” is the core essence of Xi Jinping’s rule of law. It not only emphasizes the forward development of the rule of law system, but also puts forward higher rule of law requirements for the construction of international rules under the “Belt and Road” initiative. At present, the continuous improvement of rule system construction and rule of law cooperation in the construction of the “Belt and Road” is an intrinsic requirement for “coordinating the promotion of domestic rule of law and foreign-related rule of law” and accelerating the strategic layout of foreign-related rule of law work.
