With the drive to reduce carbon emissions and achieve carbon neutrality, the application of new energy is gradually increasing, and a new energy supply with new energy as the main body is a key approach to achieving stable, efficient power supply, and low-carbon goals. The decentralized distribution of new energy brings new opportunities for cloud service providers to reduce power consumption and carbon emissions by migrating computing tasks to new energy consumption sites. In this context, this paper investigates a cost-based pricing model for cloud service oriented to new energy supply. The cost pricing elements are first analyzed, and then the pricing model is constructed based on the elements. By rationally formulating the pricing model, cloud service providers are able to minimize the cost and provide competitive services while migrating tasks.
