The potential of ChatGPT technology can benefit educational institutions by enhancing engagement, collaboration, and student accessibility. New advancements have appeared in the evolution of education, such as enhancing students’ writing skills in educational institutions as a fresh teaching method. There is a lack of research focusing on examining in depth the factors that support or obstruct. Continuing research and development is crucial for maximizing the advantages of implementing ChatGPT while also overcoming current limitations. The use of GPT chat technology can aid and improve the educational journey, for each student and as a group. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to assess how the chatbot GPT is impacting the education sector, either positively or negatively. The discovery showed that this idea could be a useful resource in both educational settings and for independent study.
