The study concludes that by leveraging Saharanpur's unique craftsmanship and cultural heritage and by adopting strategic initiatives such as co-creation with contemporary designers and effective marketing, Saharanpur can carve a niche in the global luxury market. This paper provides actionable insights for policymakers aiming to elevate Indian crafts for socio-economic development of craft communities and thereby preserve the country's cultural heritage.
