摘要

The provision of an effective security solution for Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled smart healthcare “applications has been difficult because of the special requirements of each one. Among these distinguishing features are the channels’ susceptibility due to the shared nature of the wireless medium, the sensor nodes’ susceptibility in open network architecture, the lack of predefined infrastructure, the topological evolution of the network over time, the harsh and hostile environments, the resource limitations of the sensor nodes, and the dense deployment of nodes over a large area.” Security persuasions in the health-care domain are gaining less consideration compared to finance domain; but the medical data is also very significant and sensitive; protecting such sensitive data transmission from cyber threats becomes a challenging research problem at the edge layer. To end this, we proposed two novel solutions for attack detection and mitigation using the AI mechanism such as AI-based Trust Evaluation for Attacks Detection (AI-TEAD).
