Design and Implementation of Cloud-Native Telco Application Service Based on Cloud-Fog Computing
摘要
This study examines the implementation of a containerized IP Multimedia Subsystem (cIMS), which is composed of lightweight cloud-native telco network functions in a cloud-fog computing environment. The proposed system deploys telco network functions across different Kubernetes clusters and analyzes system characteristics. The evaluation utilizes SIPp for call simulation and performance testing. Experiment results illustrate the efficient combination of network functions to improve the performance of the service function chain. The experimental findings and decoupling strategy also provide a feasible solution for implementing a telco application based on the cloud-fog computing environment.
