Research on Civil Aircraft Test Flight Planning Methods

In the field of civil aviation, flight test planning is of crucial significance for ensuring the safety of aircraft, meeting performance standards, and promoting the efficient progress of projects. This paper conducts an in-depth study of the analysis method for civil aircraft flight test planning and comprehensively analyzes the core elements of flight test planning. Starting with the analysis of the workload of flight test tasks, accurately estimate the required flight duration and sorties; consider the number of prototypes and manufacturing intervals, and balance the total test period and flight efficiency through optimization algorithms; rationally allocate mainline tasks, following the principles of clear division of labor directions, matching logical relationships, meeting configuration requirements, and balancing task workloads; sort out the subject logic, covering pre-logic and combination logic; attach great importance to the planning of special subjects, prioritize and make good backups; meticulously plan test modifications, distinguishing between difficulty levels and periods; strictly conduct configuration evaluations to ensure the coordination between aircraft configurations and test plans; fully consider ground tests to ensure the continuity between ground tests and flight tests. This research is of great guiding significance for the planning and implementation of civil aircraft flight tests, and is helpful for improving the scientific and effective nature of flight tests and promoting the development of the civil aviation industry.
