This paper constructs an aircraft design BOM system with complete expression elements and same data definition for manufacturing, support and material objects. A process joint design process based on maturity definition and a unified data architecture of the design BOM are proposed. The construction methods of designing BOM source view and designing BOM reconstruction view is put forward, which realizes the one-time definition of BOM and multiple references, and improves the efficiency of data use. Based on the aircraft design BOM system constructed in this paper, a host digital collaboration platform supporting the definition of aircraft design BOM data framework and multi-view application is established, and standardized design BOM construction management and dynamic multi-view application are realized, and the application is put into use in the development of a key aircraft model, and the quality and efficiency are both improved.
