A Cross-Chain Transmission Protocol Based Oracle
摘要
Blockchain cross-chain technology aims to solve the problem that data, assets, and information between different blockchains are not directly interoperable. Currently, most cross-chain technologies are limited to transmitting either messages or tokens. We design an oracle-based cross-chain protocol (OCP) for transferring tokens, messages, or both in a single cross-chain transaction. This allows smart contracts to transfer tokens across chains and attach instructions to specify what the receiving smart contract should do after receiving the token on the target chain. Through the grouping of oracle nodes, cross-chain data processing can be faster and more efficient, and security can be ensured during the transmission process. Moreover, it also allows tokenized assets to interact dynamically when they arrive at their destination. This article uses the OCP protocol as an example to explore more possibilities for cross-chain communication, which is not limited to message transmission, but can also achieve efficient and fast cross-chain data and token interaction through oracles, thereby providing a more flexible cross-chain solution.
