This article introduces a dynamic sharding mechanism employing the RAFT protocol to enhance the consensus process within the hyperledger fabric ordering service. The proposed mechanism is aimed at improving the efficiency of the consensus within the ordering service while preserving the blockchain system’s inherent security and decentralization. Furthermore, to address potential node load imbalances resulting from sharding, a fairness mechanism is implemented, ensuring the optimal utilization of each node’s resources during the processing of transactions.
