Normal Great Artery Type Double Outlet Right Ventricle (NGA Type DORV)
摘要
Double outlet right ventricle (DORV) is defined as a disease that fulfills two conditions: (1) in addition to one great vessel, at least 50% of the other great vessel originates from the right ventricle, and (2) the fibrous continuity between the semilunar and atrioventricular valves has disappeared and a muscular tissue ventricular infundibular fold (VIF) exists between both valves (Figs. 8.1 and 8.2).
