Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Return (TAPVR)
摘要
Total anomalous pulmonary venous return (TAPVR) is a condition in which all pulmonary veins (PVs) return to a venous system other than the left atrium. Hypoxemia and severe pulmonary hypertension in the neonatal period and early infancy require urgent surgical treatment. It is complicated by a patent foramen ovale (PFO).
