Digital transactions with the help of UPI are as easy as sending text messages. We can use this service 24X7. It is not like RTGS or NEFT which does not provide service in bank holidays. The objectives of the research are to take overview on the topic. The literature for this research was taken from the database of Scopus. The terms used for retrieving the data were “UPI” or “e-banking” or “digital wallet” or “E-wallet” and “Businesses.” It includes the data from the years 2000 to 2024 for this research. Biblioshiny was used for analysis of data. 473 articles were taken for this research. Top source journal is the ACM International Conference Proceeding Series. Oliveira A is the most inventive author. Most popular articles, most common keywords and their co-occurrence network are also identified in the research.
