Comparison Between Peruvian Standards E.030 from 2006 and 2016 Through a Static Nonlinear Analysis in a Six-Story Reinforced Concrete Building
摘要
In this article, a non-linear Pushover analysis is developed for a porticoed building in La Perla - Callao, which was built in 2011 and was designed with the current standard E.030 Earthquake-resistant Design of 2006. This analysis is subsequently used to obtain of mezzanine drifts along with the damage states and performance levels of the building. These results are compared with a new analysis of the same building in question using the current standard Peruvian Technical Standard E.030 – 2016 to know how the behavior of the structure changes in the face of the change of standard based on the change in numerical values of the stipulated parameters, such as those used in the ZUCS/R analysis, factors which were changed to guarantee structural non-collapse and safeguard human life and integrity. Finally, it is concluded that the factors analyzed do not significantly influence the change in the capacity spectra and therefore a state of damage can be maintained depending on the characteristics of the building.
